we had a great experience at holiday inn express & suites jacksonville, town center. the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. breakfast was tasty, especially the coffee! the fitness center had new equipment, which was a nice perk during our stay.

We loved the free breakfast and could enjoy the convenience of iFly Indoor Skydiving right next door. We also hit up Topgolf for some fun games. Great location and chilled vibes made it an awesome getaway!

The only downside was a weird moment when someone just knocked and opened our door without waiting for us to respond. It caught me off guard for sure.

The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. My only suggestion would be to have more variety in the breakfast options to keep it fresh on longer stays.

It was a top selection for a two-day stay in Jacksonville with good value considering the price it charged. The staff was very helpful when my heater wasn't working, offering a space heater that made my stay comfortable. Make sure to check the heating in your room as there might be issues.
